Terms of payment and postage

Terms of payment:

We accept these types of payment:

• PayPal (There is a charge of PayPal 5,4%)
• Bank transfer (see Contact us section for details)
• Cash (if needed as a last resort, via a registered mail at the sender's own risk in the event of loss)
• all the prices are quoted without VAT. All EU customers who are not registered VAT payers will be charged extra 21% on top of the price. You can display prices incl. VAT in setup.

Please contact us in advance in case of a different type of payment.

Terms of delivery:

Packages are usually sent twice a week via registered airmail, which means reliable and fast delivery for a reasonable price. The shipping time normally ranges between 4 to 10 days to European countries and 10 to 20 days to other destinations around the world. Shipping to the USA usually takes 10 to 12 days (but not guaranteed).

The orders are packed into boxes with foam padding and sent in anti-impact envelopes, which prevents damaging of the goods delivered. We can arrange shipping via DHL, UPS etc. upon your request. However, the postage with these companies is much higher.

Insurance

All packages are automatically insured. Before sending package valued over 50000CZK, please contact us. Maximum price of insurance is different by the state delivery.

Postage

Packages valued up to 150 USD are subject to a normal surchage of 7 USD to all countries. Packages over 150 USD are sent free of charge.

Tax and customs fees

Customers outside EU member states are responsible for any import fees, tax or related duties. All prices are quoted without VAT. All EU customers who are not registered VAT payers will be charged an extra 21% on top of the price.
